GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of a math by managers of a math under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Auditor of Trusts, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall furnish Form E to the Commissioner of Endowments within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a math carrying on the management of a math shall make an application in Form E to the Commissioner of Endowments within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a math is undertaken, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
