GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Patwari, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall furnish Form 3 to the Collector within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 3 to the Collector within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the grazing of cattle on Government waste land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
