GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The use of water for industry by users of water for industry under the Kerala Irrigation and Water Conservation Act, 2003, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Superintending Engineer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every user of water for industry carrying on the use of water for industry shall furnish Form E to the Tribunal within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every user of water for industry carrying on the use of water for industry shall make an application in Form E to the Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of water for industry is undertaken, and the Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Water Resources Department, Government of Kerala.
