GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of food by manufacturers under the Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act, 1977, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Food Safety Supervisor, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of food shall furnish Form B to the Referral Laboratory within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of food shall make an application in Form B to the Referral Laboratory within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of food is undertaken, and the Referral Laboratory shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
