NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th June, 2007
No. 3231/2007-Customs (ADD).
Whereas, the designated authority, in its final findings, has come to the conclusion that the subject goods have been exported to India from the subject countries below their normal value, resulting in dumping and injury to the domestic industry; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby imposes on the goods specified in the Table below an anti-dumping duty specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, at the rate of 29 per cent. of the landed value, for a period of five years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
