GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The writing of petitions for reward by petition writers under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sheristadar, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every petition writer carrying on the writing of petitions for reward shall furnish Form D to the Registrar within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every petition writer carrying on the writing of petitions for reward shall make an application in Form D to the Registrar within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the writing of petitions for reward is undertaken, and the Registrar shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
