GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The standing as surety for a party by sureties under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Nazir, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every surety carrying on the standing as surety for a party shall furnish Form F to the Registrar General within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every surety carrying on the standing as surety for a party shall make an application in Form F to the Registrar General within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the standing as surety for a party is undertaken, and the Registrar General shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
