GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of a gurdwara by committees of a gurdwara under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Officer, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every committee of a gurdwara carrying on the management of a gurdwara shall furnish Form C to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every committee of a gurdwara carrying on the management of a gurdwara shall make an application in Form C to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a gurdwara is undertaken, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
