GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a dharamshala by keepers of a dharamshala under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall furnish Form F to the Commissioner of Endowments within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall make an application in Form F to the Commissioner of Endowments within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a dharamshala is undertaken, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Rajasthan.
