GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The cultivation of land as a sharecropper by sharecroppers under the Gujarat Agricultural Lands Ceiling Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Naib Tahsildar, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall furnish Form 12 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall make an application in Form 12 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as a sharecropper is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Gujarat.
