GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The removal of earth from Government land by persons removing earth from Government land under the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Tahsildar, the Government of Bihar, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person removing earth from Government land carrying on the removal of earth from Government land shall furnish Form 12 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person removing earth from Government land carrying on the removal of earth from Government land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the removal of earth from Government land is undertaken, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Bihar.
