GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The officiating at competitions by registered match officials under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Doping Control Officer, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall furnish Form A to the Agency within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall make an application in Form A to the Agency within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the officiating at competitions is undertaken, and the Agency shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Goa.
