GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The provision of services to aggrieved persons by service providers under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Child Development Project Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every service provider carrying on the provision of services to aggrieved persons shall furnish Form VII to the Juvenile Justice Board within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every service provider carrying on the provision of services to aggrieved persons shall make an application in Form VII to the Juvenile Justice Board within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the provision of services to aggrieved persons is undertaken, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
