GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of premises by occupiers under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Licensing Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall furnish Form F to the Municipal Council within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every occupier carrying on the occupation of premises shall make an application in Form F to the Municipal Council within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of premises is undertaken, and the Municipal Council shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
