GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of waqf property by tenants of waqf property under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall furnish Form F to the Charity Commissioner within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall make an application in Form F to the Charity Commissioner within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of waqf property is undertaken, and the Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
