GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The teaching in a recognised school by teachers under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director of Education, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall furnish Form C to the Board of Secondary Education within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall make an application in Form C to the Board of Secondary Education within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the teaching in a recognised school is undertaken, and the Board of Secondary Education shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
