GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of a trust by trustees under the Uttar Pradesh Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, 1983, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Auditor of Trusts, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall furnish Form G to the Registrar of Societies within three hundred and sixty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application in Form G to the Registrar of Societies within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a trust is undertaken, and the Registrar of Societies shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
