GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of allotted surplus land by allottees of surplus land under the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1959, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall furnish Form 3 to the Board of Revenue within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall make an application in Form 3 to the Board of Revenue within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of allotted surplus land is undertaken, and the Board of Revenue shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Odisha.
