GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The preparedness of a hospital for emergencies by operators of a hospital under the Karnataka Fire Force Act, 1964, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Relief Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a hospital carrying on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies shall furnish Form B to the State Executive Committee within one day.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a hospital carrying on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies shall make an application in Form B to the State Executive Committee within one day, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies is undertaken, and the State Executive Committee shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Karnataka.
