GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The development of land by developers under the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sanitary Inspector, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every developer carrying on the development of land shall furnish Form G to the Director of Municipal Administration within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application in Form G to the Director of Municipal Administration within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of land is undertaken, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Gujarat.
