GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Inspector of Excise, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form F to the Collector within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form F to the Collector within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Punjab.
