GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The consignment of goods by consignors under the Bombay Money-Lenders Act, 1946, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Warehouse Inspector, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every consignor carrying on the consignment of goods shall furnish Form B to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every consignor carrying on the consignment of goods shall make an application in Form B to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the consignment of goods is undertaken, and the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
