GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The typing of pleadings for reward by court typists under the Bombay Court Fees Act, 1959, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Sheristadar, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every court typist carrying on the typing of pleadings for reward shall furnish Form C to the Taxing Officer within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every court typist carrying on the typing of pleadings for reward shall make an application in Form C to the Taxing Officer within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the typing of pleadings for reward is undertaken, and the Taxing Officer shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Maharashtra.
