GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The management of joint family property by managers of a joint family property under the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Conciliation Officer, the Government of Uttarakhand, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of a joint family property carrying on the management of joint family property shall furnish Form VII to the District Registrar within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a joint family property carrying on the management of joint family property shall make an application in Form VII to the District Registrar within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of joint family property is undertaken, and the District Registrar shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Uttarakhand.
