GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The officiating at competitions by registered match officials under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall furnish Form C to the Government of Telangana within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered match official carrying on the officiating at competitions shall make an application in Form C to the Government of Telangana within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the officiating at competitions is undertaken, and the Government of Telangana shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Telangana.
