GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The business of a commission agent in a market by commissions agent in a market under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall furnish Form C to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall make an application in Form C to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a commission agent in a market is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
