GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The imparting of education through open learning by operators of an open school under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director of Education, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an open school carrying on the imparting of education through open learning shall furnish Form F to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an open school carrying on the imparting of education through open learning shall make an application in Form F to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the imparting of education through open learning is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
