GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The procurement of goods and services by procuring entities under the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall furnish Form GFR 21 to the Accountant General within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Accountant General within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the procurement of goods and services is undertaken, and the Accountant General shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Karnataka.
