GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The supply of goods to the Government by registered suppliers under the Kerala Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Pay and Accounts Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall furnish Form GFR 40 to the Directorate of Treasuries within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall make an application in Form GFR 40 to the Directorate of Treasuries within seven days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of goods to the Government is undertaken, and the Directorate of Treasuries shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Kerala.
