GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The publication of news on a digital platform by publishers of news on a digital platform under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every publisher of news on a digital platform carrying on the publication of news on a digital platform shall furnish Form VI to the Appellate Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every publisher of news on a digital platform carrying on the publication of news on a digital platform shall make an application in Form VI to the Appellate Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the publication of news on a digital platform is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
