GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: Dealing in wild animal articles by dealers in wild animal articles under the Kerala Forest Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Conservator of Forests, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer in wild animal articles carrying on dealing in wild animal articles shall furnish Form VI to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in wild animal articles carrying on dealing in wild animal articles shall make an application in Form VI to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which dealing in wild animal articles is undertaken, and the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Environment Department, Government of Kerala.
