GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system under the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act, 2007, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall furnish Form E to the State Authority within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application in Form E to the State Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of an early warning system is undertaken, and the State Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Maharashtra.
