GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The collection of solid waste by contractors for solid waste collection under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Engineer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for solid waste collection carrying on the collection of solid waste shall furnish Form B to the Standing Committee within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for solid waste collection carrying on the collection of solid waste shall make an application in Form B to the Standing Committee within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the collection of solid waste is undertaken, and the Standing Committee shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
