GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of an old age home by keepers of an old age home under the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Registrar, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of an old age home carrying on the running of an old age home shall furnish Form VIII to the District Court within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of an old age home carrying on the running of an old age home shall make an application in Form VIII to the District Court within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an old age home is undertaken, and the District Court shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Karnataka.
