GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of animals by keepers of animals within the municipal limits under the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Building Inspector, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of animals within the municipal limits carrying on the keeping of animals shall furnish Form H to the Development Authority within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of animals within the municipal limits carrying on the keeping of animals shall make an application in Form H to the Development Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of animals is undertaken, and the Development Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Excise Department, Government of Gujarat.
