GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of fertilisers by dealers in fertilisers under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer in fertilisers carrying on the sale of fertilisers shall furnish Form A to the Government of Punjab within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in fertilisers carrying on the sale of fertilisers shall make an application in Form A to the Government of Punjab within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of fertilisers is undertaken, and the Government of Punjab shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Punjab.
