GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The teaching in a recognised school by teachers under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Examination Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall furnish Form H to the District Education Officer within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall make an application in Form H to the District Education Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the teaching in a recognised school is undertaken, and the District Education Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
