GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The cultivation of land as tenant by tenants under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall furnish Form 2 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within one hundred and eighty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant carrying on the cultivation of land as tenant shall make an application in Form 2 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within one hundred and eighty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as tenant is undertaken, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Telangana.
