GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The survey of land by licensed surveyors under the Bihar Land Reforms Act, 1950, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Officer, the Government of Bihar, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall furnish Form 2 to the Board of Revenue within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensed surveyor carrying on the survey of land shall make an application in Form 2 to the Board of Revenue within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the survey of land is undertaken, and the Board of Revenue shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Bihar.
