GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of an estate by administrators of an estate under the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Act, 2024, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Sub-Registrar, the Government of Uttarakhand, after careful examination, hereby orders that every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall furnish Form V to the Registrar General within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall make an application in Form V to the Registrar General within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of an estate is undertaken, and the Registrar General shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Uttarakhand.
