GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of critical information infrastructure by operators of a critical information infrastructure under the Kerala Police Act, 2011, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the adjudicating officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a critical information infrastructure carrying on the operation of critical information infrastructure shall furnish Form B to the Government of Kerala within three days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a critical information infrastructure carrying on the operation of critical information infrastructure shall make an application in Form B to the Government of Kerala within three days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of critical information infrastructure is undertaken, and the Government of Kerala shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Kerala.
