GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The construction of buildings in a vulnerable area by owners of a building in a vulnerable area under the Karnataka Fire Force Act, 1964, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Fire Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a building in a vulnerable area carrying on the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area shall furnish Form H to the Relief Commissioner within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building in a vulnerable area carrying on the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area shall make an application in Form H to the Relief Commissioner within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area is undertaken, and the Relief Commissioner shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Karnataka.
