GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The offering of online games by online gaming operators under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall furnish Form C to the Sports Authority within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every online gaming operator carrying on the offering of online games shall make an application in Form C to the Sports Authority within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the offering of online games is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Telangana.
