GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The support of athletes by athlete support personnels under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall furnish Form C to the State Sports Council within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall make an application in Form C to the State Sports Council within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the support of athletes is undertaken, and the State Sports Council shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Telangana.
