GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Tamil Nadu Fire Service Act, 1985, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Relief Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form E to the Civil Defence Controller within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form E to the Civil Defence Controller within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
