GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form A to the National Executive Committee within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form A to the National Executive Committee within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the National Executive Committee shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
