GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The running of a camping site by licensees of a camping site under the Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director of Tourism, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a camping site carrying on the running of a camping site shall furnish Form VI to the Government of Maharashtra within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a camping site carrying on the running of a camping site shall make an application in Form VI to the Government of Maharashtra within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a camping site is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Maharashtra.
