GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The imparting of vocational training by operators of a vocational training centre under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Education Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a vocational training centre carrying on the imparting of vocational training shall furnish Form E to the Council within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a vocational training centre carrying on the imparting of vocational training shall make an application in Form E to the Council within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the imparting of vocational training is undertaken, and the Council shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
