GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land by farmers under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Agricultural Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every farmer carrying on the cultivation of land shall furnish Form C to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every farmer carrying on the cultivation of land shall make an application in Form C to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Kerala.
