GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of a mass gathering by organisers of a mass gathering under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Fire Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every organiser of a mass gathering carrying on the holding of a mass gathering shall furnish Form F to the Civil Defence Controller within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser of a mass gathering carrying on the holding of a mass gathering shall make an application in Form F to the Civil Defence Controller within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of a mass gathering is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
